parents get blamed for everything but ask yourself what leverage do we have when at 13 our kids have more rights than we do.Parents have given up ,and rightly so because every and anything is considered neglect or abuse .parents have to bride there kids  to do what is right .kids no longer do as they are told ,they do what they see others doing ,so i sit with my child we do the home work and when she gets to school dosent hand it in.Education is no longer important in american society rights are more important ,why would anybody give a 13 year old rights is beyound me ,you say that teenagers are rebelious,you say their frontal lobe is not developed, therefor they can't reason things out, and not to mention that there hormones are raging out of control.There is a lack of dicipline in class rooms ,and it's all because you gave them rights but NON OF THE RESPONSIBILITY ,when is someone going to take a look at the laws that are damaging our kids  or maybe that was the plan all along.
