In January 2011, the U.S. Department of Education launched their U.S. Education Dashboard, a website presenting key national and state education data designed to present insight into the education system at every level and to encourage communities to engage in conversation about their state and schools. National and state-level education data can be sorted by ethnicity, age, location, K-12, postsecondary, and state-by-state comparisons. The site includes information on teacher evaluation programs and NAEP scores.
