Denver: April 12-20, 2012
"Education Nation On-The-Road" kicked off a national tour in the Mile High City this year. Working closely with NBC affiliate KUSA, the event included panel discussions, a town hall event, and much more!
San Francisco, CA: May 2, 2012
Education Nation joined NewSchools Venture Fund for their annual NewSchools-Aspen Institute Summit in San Francisco, CA.
Atlanta: May 4-11, 2012
"Education Nation On-The-Road" continued in Georgia when we headed to Atlanta for a week of conversation and events. Working closely with local NBC affiliate 11Alive, these events brought together educators, community leaders, parents, students and many others.
Miami: May 18-25, 2012
The Education Nation tour finished off the month in Miami, where partners like NBC 6, Telemundo 51 and the Telemundo network helped to engage the community in a solutions-focused conversation about the future of education in South Florida and beyond.
Aspen Ideas Festival: June 27- July 3, 2012
"Education Nation On-The-Road" concludes by joining the Aspen Ideas Festival for a week of conversation about education solutions, innovation, and jobs.
Cambridge, MA: Sept 13, 2012
Education Nation visited to Cambridge, Massachusetts to talk technology in the classroom at the MIT Media Lab.
