Inner City Arts in downtown Los Angeles provides what is often the only arts education available to inner-city students, who credit the program for keeping them off the streets. One student says, "Thanks to them, I am who I am today." Walmart donates computers and other supplies to the program. NBC’s Miguel Almaguer reports.
